We assist you as advisors and consultants in your business and tax strategic planning.

 

This is where the magic happens with our clients. We work with you to clarify what your ideal business looks like, identify the business' strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, solidify your mission statement, and set up an agenda for the work to be done.

You will receive monthly one-on-one advisor meetings, and a weekly group Business Mastermind Meeting that starts with our advanced Financial Management Training Program. This includes discussion and education around prepayments, accruals, asset registration, tax advice, financial, and non-monetary key progress indicators. We can provide advisory about accounting software use and selection, as well as bookkeeping methods. 

The twelve to eighteen month engagement entails: 

  • Stage 1 - PlanningClarify what your ideal business looks like; identify core business strengths and weaknesses and opportunities to exploit. Work on the mission statement and set up an agenda for the work to be done. 

 

  • Stage 2 - Identify Marketplace (Customer) Needs & Frustrations: Assess present service levels in the company to identify frustrations with your business and follow-up work that may be needed. 

 

  • Stage 3 Develop Your Business Model: We will develop a business model that supports the needs of your team, owners, and customers. 

 

  • Stage 4 Identify System Failure Points and Develop Performance Standards: Identify systems and processes within your business that can be improved. Provide training on delivery of service that includes developing team performance standards and systematizing key processes. 

 

  • Stage 5 - Systematize Key Processes and Develop Operating Plan: Determine the functions, activities, and operating departments required to run the business efficiently and in line with the vision and business model. 

 

  • Stage 6 - Develop Financial Plan: Design and implement a Management Control Plan, based on specific KPIs that support the business model, to monitor the performance of your business on an ongoing basis. 

 

  • Stage 7 Develop Marketing Plan: Conduct a product, service, and/or market needs analysis to develop marketing plan. 

 

  • Stage 8 - Pull It Together: Determine results based on key performance indicators.
